I had the 001 fault on my Fitbit charge 3 this morning, tried everything on this forum.

I restarted it, holding the button in and taking it off charge and back on again.

Also tried deleted it from my app on my phone and re- installing it

 Now it won’t re-install at all

Kept it on charge all day.

Now I have a completely blank screen.

I should say that the green light at the back also doesn’t work.

please help! This is my 2nd Fitbit Charge 3

Well. We had the same. Finally Fitbit has sent us the new unit. The third. Hopefully this one will work.

It took a 3rd unit to get mine right. It has been at least 6 months on this one and I am happy. Call CS. My crystal ball shows a third in your future. I feel for you. I like my Fitbit very much when it performs as expected.

Had this issue and contacted Customer service. They tried restart...didn't work. Agent was very accommodating and ordered a replacement for me. At least a week without my fitbit 😑 but i will survive! 😉

Great. This error has become an exception. The watch is great. The error is very disappointing. Fitbit CS was extremely accommodating for me.

Resetting it didn't work for me and I'm still getting code 001.

I have had this Fitbit Logo (001) error a couple of times this month.  I have reset it.  I removed the device from my phone and re-loaded it.  It just happened again.  I am so frustrated since this watch is less than a year old.

 

Does anyone have good news?

charge 3 blank screen only vibrated when button hit have tried many times to reboot. sometimes i get the error 001 screen lately i get smiley face then blank screen again plz help

Hey....just call customer service. They helped me. Replaced it.

Mine recently acted up. Have had it for a year. Like the concept. Like how the company has in my case has helped me, replaced 2 defective units within the first 30 days or so. Don't like how the technology is flacky.

I do not understand your post by reference.  If you are having problems with your Fitbit, contact customer service.  Google Fitbit customer service.  I as many others who have had problems with units have been resolved by CS.  Have a wonderful day.

Did not work for me with the 001 displayed.  Can feel it vibrate like it trying to do something, but no display.   Took about 5 min, got a 001 again.   btw, never saw the 001 until we did the latest update.   Before that it was just dark.    Still have a month under warranty, need to get a replacement.  This is the 4th fitbit ( 2 charge 2 and two charge 3 now).  Starting to see a problem....

Its a tech issue that can not be ressolved contact customer service and they will replace watch part not bands or charger...good luck
