For about a month my Charge 2 would not track my pulse/heart rate.  It for fixed for a couple of days after all the troubleshooting then it HR tracker stopped working again.  Troubleshooting didn't work and now 1 of blinking green lights shut down and the other doesn't blink and stays on continuously even after restarting the device.  I also notice I have to charge it almost everyday now.

Hey mate, I have the same problem as you. It happened after the latest update. Battery draining way faster now, and that the HR is not showing anymore.

Update:  Fitbit is trying to the test battery.  But it appeared to shut down around 3pm EST.  Then after trying to recharge it appeared to shut down again.  Then I noticed the green light still on, BUT, the screen is still blank.  It won't even do that notification on vibrate if you hold the button for a while.

Yeah, I have similar findings too. Just that it can't full charge. Stuck at
85%.
