If you have any problems with your Fitbit and it’s less than a year old call customer service and they will replace your watch. I was so happy they gave me the greatest customer service ever almost fainted after my Fitbit three stopped working after six months. 

I called customer service within three days I had a new one in my mailbox. I advise everyone to do the same thing let them figure out get your free warranty.

And if you are in Europe, it's a 2 year warranty!
