1 year and 5 months and Charge 3 does not hold a charge anymore.

I bought it in February 2019, we are now in June 2020, so 1 year and a half seem to be the maximum time the Charge 3 works. It started to not hold a charge for more than a few hours about 2 weeks ago and not since 5 days it's completely off, not holding a 100% charge for more than minutes. It also has now 2 vertical stripes. There has been no accident, no shock, no water eve (I remove it to shower and never swim with it in spite of the claim that it can be in the water, I never wanted to take a chance). Now the thing is I am on a long program to be healthy, lose weight and control my heart, with a personal trainer so I need a reliable tool every day, it's literally a question of life and death. This product is not reliable and I frankly don't know what to do now, except probably switch to another brand, since I don't have any answer from Customer Service.
