My screen was partially grey, I tried a reboot and full charge. No response at all. Are these only functional for a year? Not sure what else I can do?

Try to change the clock face & see if that helps - it’s one of the suggestions they gave me before for a goofy issue - you have to change it from the app - try to pick a clock face you never used before,... good luck

Thank you Mamapirate- I think it’s terminal. I can’t get the battery to charge at all so syncing for a new clock face isn’t happening either. I appreciate your help!

Mine completely quit on me this weekend after fully charging it on Saturday morning. I noticed it was a little 'glitchy' on Friday, not recording one of my long runs (exercise), same on Saturday, and then yesterday it just completely died.
