13000 steps while seated on my desk

Hey something weird happened today here: my fitbit charge 3 counted almost 14000 steps -and very intense too-while I was in the office, I mean I might have walk to the kitchen/bathroom, but they arent 7000 steps away (more like 20) I didn't move my arms more than normal. Is it broken? What should I do?
