Hi.  I just got a black Charge 3 Special Edition a month or so ago.  It was fine, but now all of a sudden it has started showing lines across the top of the screen... I restarted it after letting battery completely go dead as well as doing a manual reset... lines still exist.  HELP PLEASE!
