Thanks a lot for drawing our attention to this @PRT940

Just the display I was hoping and waiting for.

Looks good on the tracker, everything I wanted. Thanks Fitbit.

Mmmmm, I cheered too early. The display is still changing when you move your arm too much. I hoped for a static display.

Nevertheless it is an improvement.

Charge 3 is brand new and clock face will not install. Trying to use stats heavy. Can't try another on either. Saying install the first one first. Frustrated.

Thanks @PRT940, thanks for linking this on the forums and glad to finally see two more clock faces.

Personally I wish fitbit just allowed us to make user customized ones, I mostly like the retro double stat but tap to change stats is too annoying.

Also I'd prefer the clock to be closer to center and the steps not to have the percentage.

If we could make our own it would be helpful:)

Okay, but when is Fitbit going to allow us to customize our stats and apps? Currently it shows ALL my stats and I have to flip through apps I don't even use. When will this issue (which has over a thousand complaints) be resolved?

I changed to the new Retro Double Stat which shows the time, date, steps, and heart rate on my phone as the clock.  However, on the Charge 3, it starts with time, date, floors and minutes. I have to tap it to get the clock on the phone - which shows what I really want (time, steps, and HR).  Is this correct - to have the floors and minutes on the initial face?  Why would I want this?  When I work out, I want to watch my HR, so I guess I'll go back to the old face I had.

I must be missing something.  Getting an error when I try to change clock face. Now there is no clock face. Any help appreciated.

First clock time isn't properly centered. It's set to the right.

Hooray for the Retro Double Stat! Finally!

Mine is defaulting to the steps/HR - no issue there.

Edit: After the latest firmware update the clock display appears centered on the Retro Double Stat clock face.

On the Stats Heavy clock face, it displays 2 numbers for miles separated by a comma. What do those numbers mean?

Thanks!

I am not sure I understand your question @Taryn74 .

When you mean the first screen shot, 1,3 miles, means "one point 3 miles".

Now I am used to the metric system, so correct me if I am wrong.

Hi - in the below image, the second clock face, it has a comma between the 1 and the 3, not a period.  Just wondering what that means.  It would seem to me that if it was meant to mean 1.3 miles, it would say 1.3, not 1,3?

Yes, one would think so.

I discussed it with a colleague who studied English and this person states that (with the different systems of weights and measures) it is not always clear where you should use a period or a comma.

So you see more often that a comma is used, where you would expect a period.

I think a native speaker or a moderator have to help us out here.

I love the retro double stat face that is pictured here, but when I select it. It gives me flights of stairs and active minutes when I want steps and heart rate. How can I change it to show the stats that are pictured?

Hi @GVB5

Just tap on the display and it will change.

There are three displays/faces, you cannot lock them separately, so you always rotate between those three faces.

I'm just setting up a new Charge 3 but can't get a clock face of any kind to come up. The phone just shows a horizontal line on a  black screen.
