Please don't waste you time on buying Fitbit versa 3 , I bought one and I dropped it accidentally and got on to Fitbit customer service and they have confirmed that the won't be able to help at all , in another words I bought a paper with for 240 euros of Fitbit , Probably only product on earth that doesn't have a replacement when something goes wrong so buy one if you know nothing ever will happen or if you want a experience paper weight

Hi @ReddyThumma do you have home owner or renter insurance? Sometimes they will cover accidental damage. Also, if you purchased via credit card or Paypal, they often have a warranty on there, too. See if they could help you.

Hi , thank you for your response, I actually got on to the Fitbit customer service and they said they won't be able to do anything, on top of that they sent me a link to buy a new one , I thought it was funny , after this experience with them how do they expect me to buy another watch which might turn in to second paper weight .

@ReddyThumma even though you can't get help from Fitbit, you might get it resolved by one of the ways I mentioned in my post. You should try Monday to contact someone at the insurance company or bank card. People have shared on the forums that they were able to get help from their credit card company.
