I have a Charge 4 and didn't even have it a year when the piece on the actual device somehow detached from the band. After dealing with this happening daily I finally contacted customer service and was sent a new Fitbit. Not a year later and the same thing happened. This time the whole piece that the band attaches to broke off of the device. I contacted customer service and they said the warranty dept would reach out to me. My device is out of warranty of course, so they offered me a 35% off discount. That's great and all but I do not want this to continue to happen so I am hesitant on getting a new device. Has anyone had issues with the band staying attached on the new Charge 5?

Look on eBay for a replacement at a fraction of Fitbit´s cost. There are lots of bands to choose from and they snap off and on easily. I bought a woven one in teal for about $8. Fitbit missed the ball. These shouldn´t be a problem to replace, but they also shouldn´t last such a little amount of time!
