3 white lines across display of Charge 3

I have 3 varied thicknesses of lines across my Charge 3. I've tried both reset/restarts as suggested prior. How should I proceed now?

Let me help you with your Charge 3 showing lines on its screen and thank you for restarting it. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
