I have had 4 Fitbit watches in less than 5 years and I am tired of the poor quality of their products.
1 Fitbit HR, 2 Fitbit Charge 2 and 1 Fitbit Charge 3.
Issues are numerous : broken writsbands, bubles in writbands, crackes screens.
I had to navigate customer service with getting warranty replacements but half of the time waranties had expired. I have gotten rebates for replacement but only 50 % and other times I just upgraded.
This is totally unreasonable and not worthy of a training watch company. I am going to call customer service again as another wristband broke just after the waranty expired. I am a nearly finished with Fitbit...

Another of my Fitbit watches has broken again. It's the writsband of my Fitbit Charge 3 this time. I had replaced my Fitbit Charge 2, because the glass split due to the heat, for a Fitbit Charge 3. Now, the wristband of the Charge 3 has broken after only 16 months. No waranty after 12 monts Fitbit told me so I was wondering about a Fitbit Charge 4 or a band replacement for the Fitbit Charge 3. I am tired of the low quality and reliability of Fitbit watches...
