4 black horizontal lines on charge 3s' screen

When my fitbit is on, I can see 4, 1-pixel thick horizontal lines on screen. First one appeared a month ago and the rest after that. All lines are in upper-half of the screen.

I reset my device yesterday and it didn't solve the problem. Also these lines still appear on screen after changing clockface.

What else should I try?

i have the same problem . have you anyway to solev this (i have 3 black lines )

• I’m having this issue also. My problems started about a week or so ago and the screen just keeps jumping from one screen to another with the missing lines. It loses its charge in about a day because the display is always jumping. It says I only walked 100 steps the last two days.
