5 month old Fitbit Charge 3 will not hold a charge

I got my Fitbit  Charge 3 in January and it has worked well until yesterday. It started to vibrate for no reason so I put it on the charge and it stopped. It said I only had 1% charge left, I had charged it just 3 days ago too 100%. I charged it again too 100% but after taking it off the charger it only lasted for about 4 hours. I did a factory reset and again charged it and no joy. Any ideas what I should do its only 5 month old.

@Dave-48603 I would recommend you contact Customer Support.  It sounds like a faulty battery.
