I know that's totally vague. My regular 'screens' that I would scroll through are gone, and now I have this odd looking screen.
I periodically get messages that I've achieved some ridiculous % of my goal, and it shows like a flag sometimes.
I was hoping I could attach a screenshot.
At the top of the screen, there's a line that says 4.12 miles. It has a tiny checkbox on the far left that I cannot dismiss.
I don't know how to turn this off or get it back to normal.
I'm guessing I accidentally started some kind of goal, but I cannot figure out how to reset it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @mommapat Trh restarting the Charge 3 several times and also try a Long Restart. If neither of those help you will need to contact Support.
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.
