Fitbit has claimed that their products only release "minimal radiation".
No matter how many times people ask, the representatives just talk round in circles and repeat "minimal" "minimal" "minimal" over and over again.
Considering:
-the terrible side affects some users are having
-that fitbit is denying users symptoms, claiming that symptoms described as "shooting arm pain", "numbness in my fingers" and "deep tissue aches" are just "skin irritation" is insulting.
-the fact that others have directly asked about the controls of the 'research' fitbit claims to have done, but anyone who asks is brushed off, every single time.
-that fitbit's representatives are so hesitant to tell us the numbers, even though reporting safe values would be of no disadvantage to them
because of all this I doubt the validity of their claims that the fitbit has "minimal radiation" and is "safe for users".
This level of deception and miscommunication from a company wouldn't be needed if the values wouldn't be bad for business.
Once and for all can we please get a clear answer for the range of radiation expected to come off a fitbit device?
If it truly is safe then there is no reason to not tell us the values or send us off on time wasting expeditions.

I mean uranium also releases the minimal radiation that it releases, but it still releases radiation. What the hell is minimal? You can't quantify that.
It's a persistent emitter attached to my body. Fact is, there may not be long term research available and results would probably be different depending on the devices.

Any device that has electricity flowing through it will give off radiation. Even the LEDs in the tracker. Your cell phone, the wires in your walls, power lines, almost every item in your car.
Fit it's Bluetooth does not stay actively connected, but stays in a listening mode.
You may want to send your tracker off to a lab if you are concerned.
Some trackers have the FCC ID or get this from the back if the user manual. The. FCC website will have more info. Since they requisite the allowed radiation.
