It seems that my Charge2 is counting more steps than my walking partner.I think I may have to reset it. How do I go about doing that or checking it? Thanks

Without knowing how big a difference, it's tough to judge if there is a problem.

A restart is a safe and easy good first step for any problem.

The best way to check the step accuracy is to find a place where you can walk at least a hundred (more is better) steps continuously.   Before you start, pause several seconds to make sure tracker display is caught up with step count.  Walk the distance with arms swinging normally.  Count steps as you walk, each footfall as one step.  At end, pause again to make sure tracker display has time get to updated.  Then check your count against the difference in the steps shown on your Charge 2.
