Active Minutes Not Syncing

I have the Charge HR and for a week now it hasn't been properly syncing my active minutes. I workout between 30-45 minutes a day around 1/2 in the afternoon. I hold down the button on my Fitbit to log my workout and hold it down again to end it. When I sync it to my phone, the workout gets logged but the active minutes do not. A few days in a row it has logged by active minutes but not until 6-7 hours later. Yesterday however it did not log my active minutes at all. I have already tried resetting the device. Please help!

Download latest version of software and restart. In order for active
minutes to sync exercise has to be very active. A slow walk won't do it

I'm having the same issue with the Fitbit One.  I had walked for 21 minutes in the morning, then biked for 42 minutes in the evening.  When I initially logged it, I had a total of 63 active minutes, but then I found I had entered the incorrect amount of calories burned.  Unfortunately, you can't edit the entry, so I had to delete and reenter.  When I did that, my total active minutes went back down to 21.  I have tried rebooting the app, taking off wifi and Bluetooth, then rebooting Bluetooth and the app.  Still will only indicate 21 active minutes.  I think there at least needs to be an edit feature added to the exercise portion, like there is on the food.

Yes I think there must have been some issue. I noticed yesterday that it
stopped recording after 20 minutes even though I did another 20 minutes. It
seems ok today but could be a fitbit issue

I'm having the same issue with my charge hr. I have tried everything suggested in this thread, but it's still not logging the active minutes. Today I did 30 mins on my rowing machine and no active minutes were logged. This is the first time this has happened to me and it's messing up my goals that I like to achieve by the end of the day. I'm at a loss and very disappointed. It's too late to call Customer Service, but from a couple of posts, that probably won't help anyway.

If anyone else has any suggestions, I would gladly try them.

I know that but I am talking about at least an hour of walk. I reloaded it on my computer and it is better than it was but still does not always register.

This post is 3 years old but still solved my problem. Charge 3 still will not sync properly if on wifi. Turned it off and BT took over and synced everything. Stupid app. Not buying another Fitbit. Am done. Thanks Ktorrez.

Have the Alta HR. Friend gave it to me last week. Worked out 60 mins high i density and never synced active minutes. Trouble syncing in General. Reset device multiple times. Loaded as a new device twice and deleted and reinstalled app 3 times. Bit annoyed.
