Hi guys
This is my first ever post so I hope someone can help😊.
Over the past week, my active minutes are not getting counted for some reason. Steps, distance and calories are working fine, but not active minutes. I do vigorous activities regularly but none of this is working. I have tried resetting both the app and tracker, but this is to no avail. I hope someone can help. Thanks.

Let me help you with your active minutes. Your device detects activities based on the motion on your arm. The automatic detection is a feature called SmartTrack. Active minutes will be granted for intense activities based on your arm movement and heart rate so not all activities will count towards this. For example if you walk for an hour and for that period you actually jog/run for 20 minutes then most likely only those intense minutes will be counted as active minutes.
