For over a year my Charge 3 has been giving me stupid active zone notifications throughout the day, despite being set to OFF. The Exercise Notifications under Do Not Disturb is set to OFF. I want all alerts off except for when I hit 10k steps. But the only way I can stop the active zone buzzing is to go on complete Do Not Disturb, which then also doesn't let me know when I've hit 10k. I'm not sure how it seems nobody else is having this issue, and I cant find a single resolution. The customer service/tech chat has been down for about a year for me. For months and months it would make me type in all my information only to claim the last rep had been snagged. Now when I click on Live Chat it takes me to a general error page. Of course I finally made time to make what I expected to be a long phone call, and customer service is closed.
After all of my googling and searching these forums, the best I can figure out is that Charge 3 isn't even supposed to have Active Zone Minutes, and it may have been put on my device as a beta test. But I cannot get the stupid thing to stop bothering me all day long, tricking me into thinking ive hit my step goal. Please, for the love of god, help.

@SunsetRunner That Charge 3 doesn't have a "Factory Reset" like my Versa 3, but have you tried this? The Charge 3 does have a Clear User Data choice in the Settings App on the device. Try clearing the data, removing the device from your account, then setting it back up as a new device. That's my wild guess advice.

@SunsetRunner Sorry, I forgot to ask, what is the firmware version on your Charge 4?

It says Version 28.20001.100.32
Also weird, because I did the Erase Data, and when it restarted it now has a bunch of horizontal lines on the screen. I didn't have any other issues with it before. So then I did the Erase Data a couple more times, and rebooted, then plugged it into the charger and did a hard reset, and I still have the lines.

@SunsetRunner Oh no! I never thought, not in my wildest dreams, that clearing your data would affect the display. This is Fitbit's recommendation if you are going to give your device to another person. I also want to confirm that the current firmware for a Charge 3 ends in 1.88.11. I don't have any other ideas on how to get you back to the correct firmware. So sorry.

That's ok, I didnt expect that would happen either. Theres no reason why it should have.
But yeah, I'm guessing I got an update during some beta testing, and it has now screwed up my Charge 3??

BAHAHAHAAHAHAHA. After all that, it didn't fix the problem, it's still alerting me to exercise, and now it's doing it with a bunch of lines across the screen. This sucks. I just want the **ahem** thing to stop going off 8 times a day.

It has gone off literally probably 4-5 times since my last post, which was 20 minutes ago. What is happening? Why is everything worse now?? This is ridiculous.
