Active hours on app don't match Fitbit Charge 3

My wrist just vibrated to signify that I have done my 9 active hours, but the app seems to think I missed the first 2 hours, which I definitely didn't.

 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to no avail.

 

How do I fix this please?

Sometimes when that happens to me, the app corrects itself if I go back to yesterday from the Today screen, then return to Today.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for the response. Sadly that didn't work for me, so although my tracker said 9 active hours, the app yesterday still says 7.

 

It's not the end of the world, just a shame. I think I'm going to buy a different brand now the challenges are ending anyway, as those were the only reason I bought the Charge 3 when my Alta broke.
