Hi I posted here a couple of weeks ago because my active minutes keep disappearing from my stats. You replied initially telling me to restart etc then did not reply further. I’ve noticed it happens on walks and my tracker is connected to Strava. I use both at the same time. Not sure if this is the cause because of conflicting information or something. Can you address this please. I know how active minutes work, I’ve used firbjt for some years now. All of my exercise is in fat burn plus for a long time. Thanks

Let me help you with your missing active minutes. Have you tried removing the Strava link and see how your active minutes show on your account? Could you share a screenshot of your activities showing on your account?

Hi I dont know how to send you screen shots, it’s happened again today. 46 mins of active minutes has disappeared. I did not use strava or put walk on this morning. The active minutes were there and now they’re gone, seriously can you look into this? I’m happy to disconnect strava as I was using the watch and the app to track. But this morning I didn’t use either and now the issue has happened again. I’m really frustrated because it’s important to me

I had the same problem.. It is frustrating working out and not getting the credit!! I am happy that I saw this post. I unlinked Strava and the problem was corrected.

Really happy to hear that you were able to get your active minutes back. Thank you for confirming that in your case the link between Strava and Fitbit was affecting your active minutes.
