My active minutes are not being recorded all week. I’ve been on the treadmill twice this week and no activity is being shown. Did you change something? Why is it not showing up in my active minutes?

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Also, which mobile device you're currently using? Your Charge 2 shows the active minutes on the device but such information isn't being synced with your Fitbit account?
In the meantime I receive your answers, please try restarting your Fitbit device to refresh its performance.
