Active minutes not being recorded

Hi! I week ago my charge 2 tracker stopped tracking active minutes. Even though I keep having intensive workouts as previously and my heart rate is correctly tracked by the tracker (e.g. 30min fat burn, 15 min cardio, 8min peak), but active minutes in the app stll appear as 0. I've tried resetting the tracker but that didn't work. For the past week my active minutes are 0 daily despite the heart rate tracked correctly. Does anyone know what causes it and how to fix this?

Hi @rutagotstories, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared, your effort troubleshooting this situation before posting is appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please clarify if you're not seeing active minutes on your Charge 2 or the Fitbit app after syncing your device? Based on the information that was shared in your post, it seems that this issue is related with the app and not the tracker itself, therefore, please try the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.
