Activity from Charge 3 is not showing in Fitbit app

Last week I updated the software on my Fitbit. Activity is no longer showing in the app. If I login to the dashboard all activity is showing. I have done a soft test twice to no avail. 
I don’t want to lose all my data, what’s the best thing to do?

To better assist you, can you please send me a screenshot of your Exercise Activity in the Fitbit app? Is the tile no longer appearing? Is your Charge 3 properly syncing? For instructions about how to add a photo, click here
