I have successfully done a full week on my activity log however it is not showing up. The dashboard is saying that I have done 6 days, but my daily readings show that I have done the 7. I worked really hard to achieve that goal and its disappointing when the results aren't there. My Fitbit is paired to a samsung s9 plus, I have had no other issues apart from this one. I love my fitbit it keeps me motivated.

@Daisy472 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your data isn't showing correctly on your account. Not sure what the discrepancy is. Could you share a screenshot of the areas you are viewing on your account that aren't showing the same data? Make sure you also update your Fitbit app as a new version was recently released.

I’m having that same issue. It’s a pain to have to manually do this. When I look at my dashboard online, it just shows a total of 10 days for the whole year. What the heck? I just sent customer service an email because it’s a problem. Even with resetting, it doesn’t fix it. Good luck if you get this issue resolved.
