About three weeks ago my tracker stopped auto-recognizing my exercise and stopped giving me notifications of any kind, including notifications to move (which I like). I read forums and tried all kinds of fixes but nothing worked. My exercise shows up on the active zone minutes but not in my exercise tracker.
i chatted with support and they continued to say I am not exercising for more than five minutes at a time or I must be stopping for too long during exercise. Not true, and the active zone minutes show it. They said I just have to turn off auto-recognize and manually start the exercise when I want it. But why? And why did all this stop working very suddenly?
anyone else have this problem and is there a fix? Not having notifications is also a real drag.
The Fitbit is seven months old and worked great until mid January.

Make sure you are not in DND or Sleep Mode.

I am having the same problem. My computer and my android phone show different active minutes. It is usually by 10-15 min. My charge 4 also stopped telling me when to be active. That hasn't worked for over 2 months. I have tried everything to fix these problems. I have had a Fitbit for over 10 years and I have never had such problems. Has there been a recall on the Charge 4?
