Was wondering why the fitbit pay in the UK does not support the banks here like Bank of Scotland RBS ? Also there has been new fitbit launched and they do not support our banks do not see the need to launch new fitbit when they are not using our banks as part of the fitbit pay i was considering upgrading to the fitbit charge 5 decided against as none of our banks are on the fitbit pay that's misleading on info when you check the list not any of our banks are on it feel that is unfair as the banks that are mentioned only 1 is known the others not a clue who they are, why is the bank of scotland, TSB, RBS, not on the fitbit pay after all they are UK banks but not used, would not recommend fitbits  to anyone because the fitbit pay, will our banks be getting added to fitbit pay anytime soon

Hi 

please note royal bank of Scotland is a different bank from bank of scotland

please can we add Bank of Scotland for use on Fitbit pay?

I think what they’re saying, in a roundabout way, is that you need to go into the “feature request” part of this website, and request it as a feature.

 

I also have a problem with this.  Only one New Zealand bank is set up with Fitbit pay.  I was excited getting a Charge 4 to see that it had Fitbit pay on it, but it has turned out to be a bit of a fizzer living outside of the USA.  Sometimes I don’t have my phone or my wallet on me, but I always have my Fitbit on my wrist. So it would be very handy indeed (pun unintentional).
