I did an upgrade on my Charge 3 last week, and now I have lost the silent alarm feature in the Fitbit app. I have contacted tech support, who have informed me that since the feature is now available in the Charge 3, it has been removed from the app.

This is a huge mistake & a backwards step by fitbit. This was a useful & easy to use feature, but now I have to get out my magnifying glass to set the alarms on the tiny charge 3 screen.

Please re-instate the feature, or allow me to uninstall the upgrade (they have told me I can't do that).

I’m with you 110% on this being a mistake to remove the silent alarm. I’m a diehard Fitbit fanatic and this is enough to make me want to get rid of it.

I can’t seem to find the quick view either to make the Fitbit light up when I move my wrist. 
why would they remove features instead of adding to it. Ugh 😑  Frustrated

I just installed this upgrade last night. I do not like having the alarm feature only on the device. It no longer has the repeat option to set which days you want the alarm to work on. I used that all the time. You have not made an improvement with this change. Not happy. Have been looking for reasons to spend money on a competitors product and you have given me yet another one.

It needs to be back on the App I can not see this little screen.  If you are not going to put it back on the App I will be looking for a new tracker and will tell others to never buy a fitbit............   My parents are looking into another tracker as they cannot the display at all. I guess I will go Apple now.  Thanks for nothing Fitbit.....
