Add the all day sync option again for Charge 4

My Charge 4 only updates when I sync it myself or I go into the app. The weather app is somewhat useless if I have to go to the phone to sync with the app so it will update the weather on the watch. How do I get the automatic sync option back on my phone. I have an I phone 7. Why is that not available anymore?

Hey @Jwar81971, it's great to see you around.

To improve your experience with notifications, syncing, and firmware updates, we removed the option to turn off all-day sync from the Fitbit app. When your phone is near your Fitbit device with Bluetooth turned on, it periodically syncs with the Fitbit app to update your stats and download available firmware updates.

More frequent syncing rarely, if ever, noticeably decreases your device’s battery life. To learn more about what factors affect battery life, see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?.

Let me know if you need anything else.

My phone is almost always within 10 feet of my Fitbit.  It has gone 8 hours without syncing. To me, the weather app is useless unless it syncs at least every 30 minutes or so. I would think by now that everyone would know that the more often the watch syncs the shorter the battery life is.  That should be up to the user to decide.

My Charge 4 DOES NOT automatically sync. I have it on my desk all day with the Charge 4 on my wrist. Never happens and no setting to activate all day sync'ing.  I manually sync every couple few days.  Please advise.

Mine did not synch for five days! Has there been any movement on this problem?
