You can have up to 6 exercise shortcuts onto your Charge 4. that you can start/pause//resume/finish on the device itself

The shortcuts/exercises, as far as I can tell, are 'hard coded' - meaning you'll have to kind of pick the ones that are most appropriate/closes to those that you want. One of the exercises available IS weights, so you'll be fine with that. Anyway, the 'how to'....

I use the Android Fitbit app, have had no exposure to the iOS app, but I'm assuming the steps will be very similar - if not identical

In the app, select 'My Account' (that's the top left button in the app)

Then select your device

Swipe up/scroll down to see the 'Exercise Shortcuts' option and select that

That will show you the shortcuts that are already set up on the device

If you wanna remove any that are already on there, simply swipe left to delete it/them

Add a new shortcut by using the + and picking the activity you want to add - and make sure to hit the 'Add to Charge 4' at the bottom of the screen!)

If you want to reorder them (so this means the order in which they'll display on your Charge 4), simply grab the 'handle' (the 4 horizontal bars) and move the activity up/down as you wish

Once you've added/removed/reordered your preferred exercises, Use the back button to get back to the app - you'll be advised that a data sync has been scheduled on your way out of the device settings

Once the app has confirmed the sync is complete, go to your charge 4, swipe left to get to your exercise 'menu', select that and then you should see your shortcuts, all ordered just how you specified them to be 🙂
