Why can’t I add a charge 2 to my kids account why does it only give you the choice of an ace or ace 2

Hi @Clarelou32  it's due to the laws in the US which says children under 13 can't have online accounts. In some European countries, that age is 16. Only the Ace or Ace2 allow for you to have a Family Account. How old is your child?
