After 5 day exercise goal completed Fitbit stops tracking my exercise

So I normally workout Monday-Friday, but I've been wanting to lose some weight, so I've added workouts on the weekend. On Fridays I get the notification that I have completed my 5 days of exercise goal. Then on Saturday and Sunday, I still have my 30+ minute work out. In the app, I can see that it has recorded my number of active minutes. The circle is green and it shows that I worked out. But the number of days of weekly exercise does not increase. That's fine, but if I click in to the exercise part of the app, it doesn't even show up in there. So it's recognizing that I had active minutes, but it's not auto recognizing that I'm exercising?? It's the same kind of work outs I do Monday to Friday, so I don't get what's up.

@SunsetRunner  A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your exercises aren't being recorded and for the delay in my reply. What type of exercises are you doing and for how long? How do you record them? Could you share a screenshot of your activities area?

I look forward to your reply.
