After updates syncing slow for Charge 3 and iPhone 7

It seems after the most recent update that my Charge 3 is very slow syncing with my iPhone 7. Usually I have to log out of the app and sign in again and wait.

Our has just released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.27). You can check your current version and update by following the steps on this article on the section "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
