Alarm disappeared on App after update??

hi guys, i got an update for my app and from i have installed this i can no longer find my silent alarm!! i use this every morning and so frustrating, can anywhere advise me where its gone?? searched the whole app and cant find at all!! previously it was very simple, there was a blue plus sign and clicked on it and brought up options along with set alarm! but not anymore!

They are hiding on the new layout!

On the main "today" tab of the dashboard, select your profile image at the top left of the screen, then select your fitbit. You will then be on the device settings where you'll find the alarms

For now this is the only way of getting there. A lot of people have mentioned that it was easier when the dashboard had the "+" the main screen so maybe Fitbit will bring that back. As yet though they have not commented.

I select my profile picture, then the device picture but there is still no alarm on that page. If I go to apps, the alarm is installed and I can set it on the versa 2 itself, but it's not on the app at profile picture / device picture. Thoughts?

@Espanolito for the Versa 2 you can only manage alarms on the fitbit, not the app. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1868/

Is your reference for the versa 2? I have the versa and I don’t see an alarm.

Hi Marym58, yes, it's for the Versa 2. You can set an alarm only on the watch itself and not via the app or dashboard. Swipe left until you see 'alarms'.

That's where I found them before the update but now there not there anymore

@Mrslax0n Can I confirm that you have a Charge 2 and not a Charge 3. Only, the recent update to the Charge 3 moved the alarms from the phone app to the Charge 3 itself.

Why would you remove it from the app to set alarms. Good job breaking something that worked well

That is what happened on Charge 3. I found it out yesterday after update. Who in his/her clear mind would do this? It's so easy to set the alarm in the app. It's so cumbersome to do it on the device. I want it back!!!

You can set up only one alarm on the charge 3. I had 4 alarms for the week

You can set up multiples.  Just takes a little getting used to the process
