Alarms not working correctly on Charge HR

When I set an alarm it syncs with the Fitbit but within a short time the alarm turns itself off.

@Geoffb2 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to share the situation you have experienced with alarms on your Charge HR. 

 

When you set up the alarms, are you syncing your tracker right after? This is how you do to make the changes effective. Check more details about alarms here.

 

If you are doing this, but the alarms are not going off, try restarting your Charge HR.

Tried all you suggested to no avail. Please advise what to do next. It used
to work!

I have previously replied and stated that your suggestions don’t work and I asked for further advice, which has not been forthcoming! Can someone please look at this problem again.
