Alarms not working on Charge 3

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

All my alarms have stopped working on my Charge 3. I’ve reset and still nothing. Also, some of them (I only have a total of 3 alarms) will double and then one disappears. So I’m constantly having to check to make sure the alarm I need is still there. Along with this now and they have stopped vibrating. I need help with both.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @GFKMK. Thank you for letting us know that you have restarted your Charge 3 to make your alarms work.

Please try setting your alarms through fitbit.com dashboard:

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon > your device image.

  2. Under Silent Alarms, click Add Alarm.
  3. Select the alarm time and frequency. Be sure to enter the alarm time in the format HH:MM.
  4. Click Save. If the entry box turns red, you may have entered your alarm time in an incorrect format. Be sure you include a colon between hours and minutes.
  5. Click the Fitbit Connect icon

    Sync Now.

Does your Fitbit vibrate when you press the button?

No. It doesn’t even vibrate any more when I plug it in to charge. I have tried everything suggested in the community and nothing is working for me.

Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You'll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker's display. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker: Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds.

Regards,

Will
