All day sync is off but still syncing?

I have a charge 2 and in my app settings I turned off all day sync, but I want to know if it still syncs by it self?

It will sync whenever you open the app.

 

It will also sync whenever it comes with bluetooth range of a PC that's running fitbit connect and has a fitbit dongle in place - it doesn't have to be your PC. People have reported this happening with a colleague's PC in their office.
