Always on display in Charge 3

I want to keep the time on display and I am having difficulty finding what i'm looking for. The only time I got the smiley face it's when my fitbit was charged fully. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

My charge 3 time and other pages have been compressed into the top one-eighth of the display, so are unreadsble.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding Charge 3.

I'd like to better understand what you are referring to. Could you be so kind to explain with a few more details regarding the inquiry.

I want the time displayed all the time on my Charge 3. I downloaded the the bucket bucklit for the charge 3. And it said something about watch faces that you can change. I don't know where to look for that. I did not want to spend a fortune evidently I got a much older version. All I wanted from the Fitbit was to track my sleep,  my steps and the amount of time exercising. Also when I turn my wrist nothing lights up. I don't know if I just wasted a $119 or not. I'm starting to think I did.

Thank you for letting me know that information and the details.

The Charge 3 doesn't have the feature called "always on display" that exists in other devices. It allows you to see the time on the screen all the time.

You can change the clock face of the device through the app:

• From the Today Tab in the Fitbit app, tap the upper left icon (phone and device) > Charge 3 tile.
• Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
• Browse the available clock faces. Tap a clock face to see a detailed view.
• Tap Select to add the clock face to Charge 3.

On the other hand, on your Charge 3 you can go to the quick settings screen: Press and hold the button and swipe left on Charge 3 for a faster way to access certain settings. Tap a setting to turn it on or off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it.

Go to "Turn on the Screen Wake": When the screen wake setting is on, turn your wrist toward you to turn on the screen automatically.
