Another snapped pebble to band connector.

One of the connectors that join the strap to the pebble has snapped off making my charge 4 unusable. To make matters worse it was bought as a gift and there's no way of finding out when it was actually bought. Reading online, this seems to be a common problem. Is there any way of fixing the problem, or do I just suck it up and move to another manufacturer?

Unfortunately it can't be fixed, unless you super glue it together. there is a year warrant through fitbit, i would just use the day you got it as the day purchased. But the replacements wont fix the problem, just prolong switching brands. i am on my third replacement since November.. the product sucks and they know it. won't do anything about it.

Look up goseth bands on amazon.  The tracker fits in and you can use it again.  If it's over 12 months fitbit won't do anything but give you 35% off a new purchase.   Very disappointing since the connection is clearly defective

What does the band connect to if the connector on the pebble is broken off?

the tracker fits into a "pocket".  You do have to remove the tracker to charge but works and only $12.

Hi all.

Thanks for all the advice it's appreciated. It's definitely older than 12 months, so I'll go down amazon strap route.

Thanks again.
