So 3.1 miles into my 4 .2 mile run today I got a phone call . I answered , had my chat and then carried on running . To get home to stop the tracking to find it had already stopped . I'm not amused as that a mile lost for my monthly target ( got to show on Strava) is this a fault or actually a thing the charge 2 has a problem with

@Sadie1989 Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your activity was interrupted when you answered a call. This is odd. Maybe your phone stopped the app from running when it was sent to the background when you answered the post? Still I suggest you restart your phone and make sure enough ram and internal memory are available when you start your activity. Additionally you can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. This should refresh the link between your phone and your tracker.

Let me know how it goes!
