Accidentally left my Charge 3 fitbit by a heart rate monitor at local store.

When I went back to retrieve it was gone.

Is there any way to find out the current location of a Charge 3 through the fitbit app?

Unfortunately there isn’t. The closest is trying to sync it and, if it syncs, you know it’s nearby.

What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device?

The app LightBlue can detect a signal and gives signal strength indicating you are getting closer .
