Hi
Does anyone know about the MSDS Material Safety Data Sheet for Charge 3?
I need to return the faulty Charge 3 and the DHL guy keep asking me for that MSDS in order for him to receive and ship the product.
He said that is needed for any thing with a battery on it
Thanks

@Danny-Trinh Here is a link to what seems like a generic MSDS for a lithium polymer battery. Try this with DHL. Every battery manufacturer has an MSDS for their specific battery. It might work and is much easier than trying to get the specific brand of battery from Fitbit.

I am currently waiting for a response from Fitbit. DHL say they contacted Fitbit for MSDS sheet and Fitbit told them to send the device back. 4th replacement and have been waiting 4 months now. 4 attempts at sending it.

@Jonno34 Did you try the MSDS for a lithium battery that I included in my previous post? I can only guess that it worked, because the OP didn't write back asking for more help.

I will revert to that if I have to but really you would think that they could respond. They seem to be able to tweet platitudes quickly enough or even have a download page. I have never had to deal with a company so useless.
4th replacement, 4 attempts to send, don't give a rats turd when you contact them

My 4th replacement fitbit is stuck with DHL. DHL have contacted Fitbit asking for a MSDS, having got no reply they contacted me. I duly contacted Fitbit, got platitudes got tols id was being escalated, told it was now with the correct team and still nothing. DHL have written to me today saying if they do not hear today it has to go back to Fitbit.
This is the second attempt to deliver, last time it went to the wrong address, I kept telling them when it was en-route it was going to the wrong address, all they had to do was contact DHL, the response was wait till it arrives! It was not even going to the correct country, this time it appears to be on the right path but has been waiting for nearly 2 weeks as it needs the MSDS, a simple document which they will have by law. All they have to do is send it, it really is not astrophysics.
You could write a textbook on how to be incompetent and deliver poor customer service. In years to come Fitbit will be looked on as the benchmark or quality standard of ineptitude.

Just so you know the one you sent a link for was not accepted. The device is now being returned as DHL could only hold it for so lone. Fitbit have been absolutely useless in this. They told me on one message it had been sent (MSDS), then in another (after the DHL deadline) that it will be sent. I asked for an office, they gave me their returns address, a warehouse/logistics place. I asked for confirmation that the Dublin address covered the UK they have now ignored that 3 times. 4 times they have sent this. This is my 4th replacement if it does not come this time I will suggest a place without sunshine for them to put it and request a refund. They have done nothing on any occasion to suggest they wanted to help and sent massages contradicting themselves. On the previous dispatch it was sent to the wrong country, I asked them to change it they told me to wait until it arrives. Other chanels will be persued.
