I’ve noticed a trend here, before this pandemic hit i was an avid gym goer, powerlifter and always did HIIT on a daily basis, my average heart rate was 59-63 then boom as soon as Covid hit Im no longer gyming and im trying to stay as active as much as I can at home, im now on day 31 of quarantine in NYC, my current avg hr now is 55-52 bpm im healthy and in great shape no covid also (thank God) should i be worried? Just asking? 🤔

I'm noticing the opposite- mine has gone up about 2-4 beats. Depends on the day. My range was 59-65 and now it's more like 61-67. I'm attributing it to less activity (I was working in retail, walking around a lot; we'd go to the gym about 3x's a week and I'd get my heart rate up much higher than I do with workout videos at home. I don't think I've hit my peak HR at all since mid-March) and way more stress and anxiety. I'm rattled to pieces over the craziness of this illness and the erratic severity of symptoms. (To my knowledge I haven't/don't have it and don't ever want to!)

oops, I see this was posted in the Charge 3 community and I have a Charge 2. Maybe I should finally upgrade lol. (I actually found your post while searching for info about avg daily HR)
