App and device show active minutes but not syncing to bingo

So there is 1 day left on the bingo game and one tile left to flip, but the app isnt syncing to the game. Just the active minutes - miles and steps are updating.

Let me help you with your Active minutes not showing on your Bingo. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure that your app is up to date.

Did not work for me. I think there is a bigger problem w active minutes
