I set up my old charge 3 for my daughter. We loaded the app on my iPad for her to sync the Fitbit. When tapping the Charge 3 icon to change her clock face, the app crashes. We’ve shut down the iPad multiple times, did an update on the iPad, deleted and reloaded the app multiple times on the iPad to no avail.
Is this a bug or is there something I’m missing?

@MirandaBea Thanks for being part of our Community!
Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This is odd. Do you have any other device (a different phone, specially if you have access to an Android one) to try changing the clock face? If not then try logging out from the Fitbit app, restart your iPad again and log back in to retry this change.
Hope this helps.

@MirandaBea I don't get you question. You and your daughter both have Charge 3 right? You won't lose any synced data on your account as this is saved on the Fitbit servers. If your question is that if you use a different tracker on your account then the answer is the same, the previous data from other trackers will remain saved on your account.
See you around.
