My Fitbit is approaching a year old.
The app stopped working between 1 and 2pm on Tuesday.
I have followed the multiple suggested steps on here but still joy.
I suspect there is either a 1 year syndrome or an app update that has stopped my phone connection with the fitbit itself.
Any further help would be appreciated

Hi @Chewyroach most of my devices lasted two years or longer. So, to help get you going, what is going on, what have you done and which phone and platform do you have? The more you are able to share, the better the responses.

Thanks Odyssey13,
The fitbit works well just the app recording it has stopped syncing.
I tried all the steps in different threads on this board covering syncing and the app.
I have a Samsung, only 1 fitbit and device, my phone on Android.
Kind regards
Martin

I actually just submit a bug report as i have my Fitbit Charge 2 for only a little over a year and today the app wont allow me to input calories. I have to close out and refresh numerous times before what i input will actually register and i noticed within the last month that it no longer seems to be properly tracking my exercise. It will show active minutes, but will not give me the breakdown or the goal achieved for the day.

@Chewyroach which phone and which Android version do you have? I'm an Android user, too.

Hello @Clawn do you have Android, too? Be sure it's the latest version of the app. Let us know.

Looks like I'm not the only one.
Got an update of the Fitbit app on Tuesday in the afternoon.
Before the update everything has been synced. After the update no more syncing.
It says device not found.
Phone is a Samsung Galaxy A40 (Android)
