My Fitbit Charge 3 shows my full 9/9 hours of 250 steps but the app says I missed hour 9am to 10am.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone to no avail.

Did you happen to charge it? I've had glitches before, but for sure if I didn't sync between a 250 step accomplishment, and a charge, that hour won't count in the app if I sync later.
