The past three weeks when I have gone for a run the average heart rate and time in heart rate zones data is not shown. I know that these are measured as I can view the data in the heart rate data on the app.
When I go for a run, I start it by clicking on the track excercise button to enable the connected GPS. This has always worked and now no heart rate data is available after the workout.
Any advice on this issue would be appreciated.

@Mvanderberg, welcome! It's great to see you around!
Let me help you with your missing heart rate data. This is an issue already being investigated by the team and hopefully they will find a fix soon for everyone. I appreciate your patience in this matter.

I use my charge2 for cycling and this problem has existed for several weeks. This is a fundamental feature. Your customers deserve some kind of statement from the company beyond we’re working on it.

Is this still an unresolved issue? My latest run didn't include heart rate. When will it be fixed?

@TimSF Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my response.
As mentioned before the issue is being investigated by the team and at this time there isn't a solution for it. Still keep your app up to date to ensure all fixes are applied once they are released.
