App on new iphone does not recognise new password

Hi I have recently tried starting to use my Fitbit again I had forgotten the password so I went into Fitbit and reset my password but the app on my phone isn’t recognising it and just keeps saying check your email and password . What can I do?

@Ayerspatch Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your account log in issues and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Have you tried sending a password reset email and then do this from your phone? Don't just change it from the website but try to complete the process on your phone. Also try restarting your phone before you log into the app. Finally if the issue persist then try uninstalling the app, restarting your iPhone and install the app again. Make sure it is signed by Fitbit (it should say the app comes from Fitbit on the app store).
